Only about 50 seats are left to attend the 5th Annual Kaneland Arts Initiative’s Fine Arts Feast. The annual fundraiser is presented to raise awareness about the Kaneland Arts Initiative (KAI) and encourage Arts Minded individuals to become Patrons of the Arts. The goal is to raise over $5,000 for KAI to bring professional quality artists to the Kaneland Schools. This casual and fun event will be held on Friday, February 21st beginning at 5:00 pm.
Held in the intimate Pine Room of the Bliss Creek Golf Course’s Open Range Southwest Grill Restaurant, the Feast is unique because there is no charge to attend. Guests of the KAI Feast are treated to dinner and a program as well as given the opportunity to win many silent auction and raffle items. Some big ticket items include sporting event tickets (Blackhawks, Illinois State University Football, and more), fine arts event tickets (St. Charles Singers, KAI events, and more), art (glass pieces/jewelry from Lorenzo’s Designs), and more. The ever popular Cork Pull will also be available for patrons to win wine and a big wine themed basket.
The program will be woven with informational bits about the Kaneland Arts Initiative and performances by local artists and committee members. The event begins at 5:00 pm when the cash bar opens and the silent auction/raffle items are open for bid. The program and dinner begin at 6:30 pm.
